Your Role:
As a Retail Sales Associate at Tekminds, you’ll be the face of our store. You’ll help customers explore the latest tech, offer expert advice, and ensure everyone leaves with exactly what they need. If you love gadgets, games, and great conversations – you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in-store with enthusiasm and product knowledge

• Provide guidance on a wide range of tech products including laptops, desktops, components, and gaming equipment

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Keep the store organized, clean, and stocked

• Stay updated on the latest tech trends and new arrivals

• Assist with basic troubleshooting or product setup when needed

• Collaborate with team members to deliver top-notch customer service

Requirements:

• Passion for technology, gaming, or electronics

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
